WHO WE ARE

Print Shop PR - led by partners Matt Ross and Nicole Capatasto - brings an old school sensibility and tenacity to the modern press landscape to craft focused, impactful publicity campaigns for theatre productions, companies and artists in New York and beyond. 

 

Originally founded in 2014 as Matt Ross PR, Print Shop's current and recent clients include: New York Theatre Workshop, The Irish Repertory Theatre, MCC Theater, You Got Older (Cherry Lane Theatre), What the Constitution Means to Me (Broadway, National Tour, Amazon Studios), Sweeney Todd, The Town Hall, Arena Stage, Primary Stages, Pass Over, Is This A Room/Dana H., Josh Groban, The Tank, Clubbed Thumb, Hudson Valley Shakespeare, New York Stage & Film, Center Theatre Group, The 24 Hour Plays, Junior Theater Festival, Fault Line Theatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, Dramatists Guild, New Georges, Producer Hub, The Sol Project, The Movement Theatre Company, George Street Playhouse, INTAR, The Fred Ebb Awards, and the TEAM.

Matt Ross  - Partner

Matt (he/him) has been a press agent since 2005 and founded Matt Ross Public Relations in 2014. Prior to the formation of MRPR, he worked at The Hartman Group, Boneau/Bryan-Brown, and Keith Sherman & Associates. He has represented nearly 40 Broadway productions and hundreds of off-Broadway and regional productions.

He is also a producer through his company Stairwell Productions where he has lead produced the Broadway productions of Is This A Room, Dana H., Pass Over, and the Tony-nominated Broadway engagement of Heidi Schreck’s What The Constitution Means To Me its national tour, and live capture film for Amazon. Other producing credits include the Tony Award-nominated productions of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 and On The Town.

He serves as Board Chair for the Brooklyn-based theatre company The TEAM, led by Rachel Chavkin and was a longtime board member for the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM).

Nicole Capatasto - Partner

Nicole (she/her) began working in theater publicity over fifteen years ago at The Hartman Group, Matt Ross Public Relations, and now Print Shop PR. Current clients include Clare Barron’s You Got Older at the Cherry Lane Theatre, New York Theatre Workshop, MCC Theater, the Irish Repertory Theatre, the Town Hall, Arena Stages, Ogunquit Playhouse, New York Stage & Film, and the upcoming World Premiere musical, The Interestings

She is a graduate of Rutgers University and a member of ATPAM.

Claire Wojciechowski Senior Publicist & Director of Operations

Claire (she/her) began as a press assistant at Matt Ross Public Relations in 2015 and now serves as Senior Publicist & Director of Operations. Her Broadway credits include the revival of Sweeney Todd, Is This A Room, Dana H., the Tony-nominated and Pulitzer Prize finalist play What the Constitution Means to Me by Heidi Schreck, and the Tony-nominated Broadway production of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812. Current clients include New York Theatre Workshop, Irish Repertory Theatre, Primary Stages, New York Stage and Film, and more. Recent clients include Josh Sharp’s ta-da!, Can I Be Frank?, Cellino V. Liz Lombardi​ Senior Publicist

Liz (she/her) joined Matt Ross PR in the summer of 2017. She currently represents You Got Older at the Cherry Lane Theatre, MCC Theater, Irish Repertory Theatre, Hudson Valley Shakespeare, INTAR, The 24 Hour Plays, Ogunquit Playhouse, The Town Hall, Junior Theater Festival, and Producer Hub. Select previous clients include Sweeney Todd (2023 Broadway revival), What the Constitution Means to Me (Broadway and film), Pass Over (Broadway), Is This A Room (Broadway), Dana H. (Broadway), Pride Plays, The White Chip, and Animal Wisdom (film).
